Interface Overview
Systemic has two main tabs:
Create Map
Generate new systems maps from text descriptions
Modify Map
Expand, format, and update existing maps
Quick vs Pro Mode
Systemic offers Quick (free) and Pro modes. Start with Quick to get a feel for the tool. It generates maps in seconds with no setup required, including differentiated connections and AI reasoning. When you're ready for live web research, citations, and source uploads, switch to Pro. See Free vs Pro for a full comparison.
Your First Map
Go to the Create Map tab
Describe the system you want to map in the text area
Click Generate
Review the preview on your board, then click Accept to keep it
Your map will appear on the Miro board with interconnected nodes showing the relationships within your system. If it's not quite right, click Reject and try a different prompt.
