Installation
Here's how to add Systemic to your Miro workspace.
Install from the Miro Marketplace
Open the Systemic listing
Or search for "Systemic" in the Miro Marketplace
Add to your workspace
Select the Miro team you want to install Systemic on (this can be your personal space)
Review the permissions and click Allow
Note: These permissions allow Systemic to work only on boards where you actively use the app. It cannot access or see your other boards.
Opening Systemic
Make sure you're on the same team you selected during installation
Open an existing Miro board or create a new one
Look for the Systemic icon in the left-hand toolbar and click it to open the app panel
If Systemic isn't visible in the toolbar:
Click the + button at the bottom of the left toolbar
Search for "Systemic" under the Tools tab
Click it to open, or click the Pin icon to keep it in your toolbar for future use
Permissions
Systemic requires the following permissions to work:
Read and modify boards you have access to
To create and update system map elements on your board
Read profile information
To identify your account for Pro subscription features
Your data is processed securely and is not stored after map generation.
Troubleshooting
App not appearing in the toolbar?
Make sure you're on the same team you selected during installation
Click the + button at the bottom of the left toolbar and search for "Systemic"
Try refreshing your Miro board

Ensure you have Editor access to the board (not just Viewer)
Contact your Miro workspace admin if permissions are restricted
