Common Issues

Pro map generation is slow

• Pro mode typically takes 1-3 minutes because it searches the web for real sources before generating

• Check your internet connection if generation seems unusually slow

Elements are overlapping

• Use Auto-Format to reorganise

• Select all elements before formatting

Expansion created duplicates

• Select your entire map before expanding

• This gives the AI context to avoid duplicates

I've reached my Pro action limit

• Pro includes 100 actions per month, resetting on the 1st

• You can continue using Quick mode with no restrictions

App not loading

• Refresh your Miro board

• Check that Systemic is installed in your workspace

• Try a different browser

Billing & subscription

• How do I cancel? Go to the Stripe customer portal and cancel from there

• How do I update my payment method? Same portal, you can update your card and view invoice history
